Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis

Work closely with rental branches and other departments

Assist accounting managers with reports, etc

Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash

Assist in accounting schedules & filing

Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Required

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance with at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2026 - May 2027

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years

Must be able to work 25 -40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI)

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May
