US Business Development-Rod Lift

Q2 Artificial Lift Services (Q2 ALS) is seeking a seasoned Senior Sucker Rod Sales Representative to lead business development and manage strategic customer relationships across major U.S. oil and gas basins. This role is suited for a proven sales professional with deep artificial lift experience and an established industry network.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through strategic sales of sucker rods and artificial lift products
Develop and manage long-term relationships with operators, service companies, and key accounts
Identify and execute new business opportunities within assigned territories
Serve as a technical and commercial resource for customers
Lead pricing strategy, quotations, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure execution excellence
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence

Qualification

Oil & Gas sales experienceTechnical understanding of rod-lift systemsManaging key accountsNegotiation skillsMarket knowledgeLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

5–10 years of progressive experience in oil & gas sales, preferably within artificial lift or sucker rods
Strong technical understanding of rod-lift systems and field applications
Demonstrated success managing key accounts and closing complex sales
Established industry relationships and market knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel as required
