Responsibilities

Architect and oversee the delivery of complex SAP programs and portfolios to achieve strategic business outcomes

Define program and project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders

Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance standards

Monitor execution of deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and align on outcomes

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth program execution and business continuity

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project and program teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

Track and report on program progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, methodologies and tools

Champion innovation and best practices in SAP program architecture and delivery

Required

A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with the organizational skills to manage cross-functional and global teams effectively

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum of 6 years work experience
