Analyst Integrated Project Scheduling I

The Analyst Integrated Project Scheduling I is responsible for developing and maintaining master schedules for multiple projects, coordinating with program management, and ensuring schedule performance metrics are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for development, creation, and maintenance of integrated schedules using MS Project for use by project team members, Program Management, Department Managers, and Leadership
Plan with Program management and Department Managers to determine desired project schedule tasks and milestones, including task logic, dependencies, material/work resources, resource levels, and durations to ensure a valid critical path for a schedule
Develop, Maintain, and Update enterprise schedule templates
Coordinate with Program Management on a weekly basis to insure the most up-to-date schedules
Support and advise the Program Management Office on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks
Establish and communicate scheduling processes and procedures to all schedule stakeholders and participants
Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining schedule performance metrics and related management tools within the business unit
Maintain data validity and the integration between the schedule and the program work
Understand Earned Value Management concepts and support the organization’s internal and external EV reporting requirements
Provide training for Program Managers, Resources Managers, and Resources as needed
Support and assist Integrated Project Scheduler as needed
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Business preferred
Two (2) years' experience
Must be able to learn and understand engineering and manufacturing processes
MS Project 2010, MS Project 2013 a plus
Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
This position may require access to information that is subject to compliance with the U.S. export regulations including but not limited to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations
Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person, or FlightSafety must be granted the appropriate authorization from the governing agencies whose technology and information comes under its jurisdiction
Some positions will require the successful applicant be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance, which may require U.S. Citizenship
