Responsibilities

Design review, overseeing commissioning activities, coordinating inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance of special hazard extinguishing systems, pre-action water-based systems, and Notifier fire alarm systems
Fixed/pre-engineered extinguishing systems (NOVEC 1230 and Fluro-K)
Portable fire extinguishers, fire extinguishers (ABC, CO2, Clean Agent)
Notifier fire alarm systems and components
VESDA air sampling systems and components

Qualification

Required

Minimum 4 years' experience with fixed/pre-engineered extinguishing systems, (fire extinguisher installation, maintenance, repair, testing, commissioning or designing)
Minimum 4 years' experience with fire alarm systems, (alarm and device installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, programming, commissioning or designing)
APS, EPL, P.E

Preferred

NICET Certifications (Special Hazards, Fire Alarm Systems, Water Based Layout)
