You write code with AI. Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf—you've figured out that AI changes how software gets built

You've shipped AI to production. Real systems serving real users. LLM applications, agent pipelines, voice AI, RAG systems—something where it mattered if it broke

You're full-stack by instinct. Frontend, backend, infrastructure—you do all of it

You ship fast and iterate. You've built meaningful features in days that others would take months on

You're 1-4 years into your career. Enough experience to be dangerous, not so much that you've forgotten how to build from scratch
