The role involves analyzing financial information, maintaining records, processing payments, and assisting with tax documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial practices.

Responsibilities
Work closely with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
Process incoming payments via check, credit card, and EFT
Receive, process, and reconcile financial statements
Prepare monthly financial statements
Generate and review monthly financial reports
Prepare and make bank deposits
Assist with preparation for annual audits
Prepare and distribute annual IRS forms
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices
Perform administrative and other related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
Strong math and research skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in typing and data entry
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
