Responsibilities
Reviewing and validating customer accounts in CRM and Axapta for accuracy
Confirming presence and accuracy of tax ID information for each account
Conducting professional outreach to customers by phone and email to request W-9 forms for missing tax IDs
Updating CRM records and completing alignment steps according to standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
Must have experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred); ERP familiarity is a plus
Must have financial customer relations experience
Possess professional communication skills for effective and courteous customer outreach by phone and email
Can manage confidential information responsibly
