Assist the Development Manager
Review and respond to requests from landlords/contractors and coordinate actions needed with area managers
Create weekly/monthly reports for upper management
Work with company’s software on daily basis to complete various tasks
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Customer service experience
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
