Responsibilities
Understand the needs of the customers and how a quality part is defined by them
Assist in ensuring the output of our process is a quality part by inspecting for quality defects
Read and understand job order packing specification
Prepare product for shipment by packing items according to order specifications
Operate grinder and remove scrap when necessary
Change rolls of plastic as needed
Communicate quality and machinery concerns to appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Attention to detail
Dexterity and the ability to work quickly and accurately
Proficient in English
Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs
Occasional lifting to 50 lbs
Frequent repetitious tasks with upper extremities
Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor
Attention to detail
Ability to correctly wear and use personal protective equipment
