Guiding the strategy, operations, financial performance, and cultural direction of the health system
Providing decisive, transparent, and forward-looking leadership
Overseeing all system functions—including clinical operations, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, medical staff relations, and strategic growth
Collaborating closely with the Board, medical staff, and senior leadership team to advance organizational priorities
Leading efforts to strengthen organizational stability
Improving operational performance
Driving excellence in quality and safety
Positioning CRH for sustainable long-term success
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in hospital administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), or equivalent required
Preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership capacity strongly preferred
Prior CEO experience highly preferred
Experience within an independent, community-based health care environment
