Responsibilities
Guide the strategy, operations, financial performance, and cultural direction of the health system
Provide decisive, transparent, and forward-looking leadership to ensure CRH delivers high-quality, patient-centered care
Oversee all system functions—including clinical operations, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, medical staff relations, and strategic growth
Collaborate closely with the Board, medical staff, and senior leadership team to advance organizational priorities
Lead efforts to strengthen organizational stability, improve operational performance, drive excellence in quality and safety, and position CRH for sustainable long-term success
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in hospital administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), or equivalent required
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership capacity strongly preferred
Experience within an independent, community-based health care environment
Preferred
Prior CEO experience highly preferred
