Responsibilities

Build and apply knowledge of government programs, commercial contracting, and rebate adjudication, with opportunities to develop deep subject-matter expertise

Research, interpret, and apply guidance from government and regulatory agencies; stay current on industry trends impacting government and commercial pricing programs

Support a diverse client base of pharmaceutical manufacturers by building strong relationships and delivering high-quality, responsive service

Communicate effectively with government agencies, third-party processors, commercial plans, PBMs, and legal partners

Analyze data to identify issues, detect anomalies, assess reasonableness of results, and support accurate pricing and rebate calculations

Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly pricing and rebate deliverables in compliance with legal, policy, and SOC requirements

Review contracts, formulary positioning, and invoices to ensure accurate rebate application and alignment with Statements of Work

Perform reconciliations, including payments and data reconciliation to the general ledger

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal/industry software to analyze data and prepare routine and ad hoc reports and presentations

Support process and system improvements in response to evolving business and regulatory requirements

Adapt to changing priorities, shift across service areas or clients, and collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/Finance, Technology, or a related field

Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem-solving capability

Experience working with large datasets; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Experience or exposure to commercial contract administration, rebate and fee adjudication, Medicaid contracting, rebate processing, or government pricing calculations

Experience with data tools such as SQL or Microsoft Access

Experience with data analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
