Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of summer and special programs from design and development through implementation
Serving as the primary liaison for students and families applying to these programs
Providing frontline support for inquiries related to admissions, academics, student life, and campus services
Overseeing program operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic experiences
Collaborating with internal university departments and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and uphold Georgetown’s standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree and up to 1 year experience working in academic program management required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills plus excellent oral and written communication
Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Must be proficient in Google Workspace and MS Suite
Preferred
2 years experience working in academic program management preferred
Some prior experience working in Customer Service is preferred
