Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML model development, from requirements gathering and data preparation to deployment and monitoring
Design, implement, and optimize advanced algorithms and machine learning pipelines for mission-critical applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems and workflows
Oversee data science initiatives, ensuring model accuracy, reliability, and compliance with security and data rights policies
Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance analytic capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI/ML development and deployment
Support continuous improvement and adaptation of AI/ML solutions based on user feedback and mission needs

Required

Minimum 8 years' experience in AI/ML implementation, including model development, deployment, and operationalization
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Active TS/SCI clearance
Deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms, data engineering, and cloud-based analytics
Strong programming, analytical, and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work)
Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs
