Responsibilities
Management of data and compliance: Oversee and align multiple related projects, including global independence compliance tool deployment, data quality monitoring, and Key Performance Indicator tracking, to drive strategic outcomes
Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members in roles such as WeCheck Support Analyst and Senior Analysts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Operational Leadership: Develop and implement procedures and protocols for roles with direct reporting responsibilities. Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across teams and projects
Strategic Problem Solving: Address complex challenges related to data integrity, tool functionality, and cross-border collaboration. Apply analytical thinking to resolve issues and improve processes
Objective Setting & Delegation: Define clear goals and assignments for both self and team members. Ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment with broader business strategies
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and collaborate across departments, functions and internationally, including compliance, IT, and leadership teams. Initiate or contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and innovation
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for critical roles. Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, data analysis, computer science Information technology or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience managing cross-functional or international teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational alignment, compliance, data governance, and project management
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement operational protocols
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platform
Preferred
Experience in a global or matrixed organization
Experience in a consulting or public accounting firm
Familiarity with compliance systems, databases and change management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Understanding of independence standards globally
