They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to collaborate on the creation and implementation of interior schemes for various projects, managing everything from concept through construction and installation.

Responsibilities

Interior Designer, residential design focused

Hands-on contact with clients and vendors, project management from start to finish (design to install)

Assist with design projects from conception to installation, including client meetings, space planning, furniture and finish selection, sourcing, and purchasing furniture, lighting, fabric, and accessories

Assist in development of design schemes, floor plans and presentation boards

Prepare proposals and correspond with clients on design intent and project progress

Maintain finish schedules, specifications, matrixes, and shop drawings

Project management ~ you will be overseeing the design and are responsible for coordinating with Project coordinators and delegating tasks accordingly

Create and maintain project budgets

Manage installation timeline

Oversee issues with contractors, vendors, and clients until a solution is found

Minimum of 4+ years Residential Interior Design work experience

Interior Designer, residential design focused

Design firm experience of at least 4-5 years
