Sales Director of Overseas Business for Biostimulants (Focus on Europe, North America, South America)

Responsibilities
Take the lead in conducting in-depth research on core markets including Europe (EU), North America (USA/Canada), and South America (Brazil/Argentina, etc.)
Focus on analyzing the evolution trends of the EU FPR Regulation, the US AAPFCO Beneficial Substances Act, and the regulatory policies of various South American countries, as well as key information such as sustainable agricultural needs and competitor layouts in the regions
Develop differentiated market entry and expansion strategies, clarify regional priorities, phased goals, and resource allocation plans, lead the market breakthrough from 0 to 1 and the scaled growth from 1 to N, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of strategy implementation
Focus on key customer groups such as large commercial farms, multinational agrochemical groups, regional core fertilizer distributors, and agricultural cooperatives, establish and maintain a high-value customer network
Deeply explore customer needs, provide customized 'product + technical solution' services, promote the establishment of long-term strategic cooperative partnerships, and ensure the stable cooperation and performance contribution of core customers
Plan and lead the participation in core industry events such as global biostimulant conferences and regional agricultural exhibitions, and build technical exchange and brand communication platforms
Combine the characteristics of target markets to build a diversified channel system of 'direct sales + distribution', optimize channel layout and management mechanisms, strengthen channel empowerment and control, and improve product market penetration and brand influence
Take the lead in promoting products to meet the regulatory requirements of target markets, including EU REACH registration, CE certification, registration in various US states, and market access certification in South America
Collaborate in depth with internal R&D and production teams to promote product formula optimization, dosage form innovation, and technological upgrading based on regional crop pain points (such as European organic agriculture, South American soybean resistance management, and North American cash crop quality improvement), ensuring the core competitiveness of products
Build and manage overseas sales and technical support teams, and formulate clear job responsibilities and assessment systems
Design systematic training plans covering product technology, regulatory knowledge, sales skills, and cross-cultural communication according to the characteristics of target markets and team needs
Lead the team to exceed performance indicators and create a team atmosphere with high cohesion and execution
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree in Agronomy, Plant Nutrition, Agricultural Chemistry, or related majors. Priority will be given to candidates with overseas study experience in well-known universities or work experience in international top-tier agrochemical enterprises
At least 8 years of international business experience in the agricultural input industry (such as biostimulants, specialty fertilizers, agrochemical products, etc.), including at least 5 years of experience in business development and management in any core market of Europe, North America, or South America. Possess clear successful cases of overseas market development from 0 to 1, and have led the breakthrough of over USD 15 million in overseas sales performance
Proficient in the regulatory systems of target markets (EU FPR, US AAPFCO, registration policies of various South American countries, etc.), with rich practical experience in product access certification. Have profound technical background in biostimulants, be familiar with product R&D logic, application scenarios, and market trends, and be able to formulate product strategies accurately matching regional needs
Possess excellent strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-cultural management capabilities, and be able to effectively drive multicultural teams to achieve goals. Have a mature network of key overseas customers (multinational agrochemical enterprises, core distributors, etc.), and possess efficient customer development and relationship management capabilities
Strong goal orientation and self-motivation, able to adapt to high-frequency international business trips. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, communication and negotiation skills, and risk prediction capabilities. English as a working language; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is preferred

Possess work experience in core overseas business positions of top-tier agrochemical enterprises, and be familiar with their global operation systems and management standards
Led the access certification and commercialization of biostimulant products in European, North American, and South American markets, with successful regional market breakthrough cases
Have relevant experience in the establishment of overseas R&D centers, international technical cooperation projects, or cross-border supply chain optimization
Deeply involved in global biostimulant industry associations or academic organizations, with extensive network resources and influence in the industry
