Responsibilities

Lead full stack engineering team(s) building user-facing features across our web product
Collaborate closely with Product and Partnerships teams to identify and execute on high-impact integrations
Work closely with engineers to build, platformize and scale integrations, working across the stack and with adjacent teams
Expand the breadth and depth of integrations into the Harvey platform
Help build first class search tooling partnering with vendors to help users access context easily inside Harvey
Contribute to code and architecture reviews, unblock teams, and lead by example when needed
Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers who thrive in a high-trust, high-impact environment

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in a software engineering management role leading full stack product engineering teams, preferably in high-growth environments
8+ years of experience as a full stack or backend product engineer
A track record of leading high-performing, engaged engineering teams
Experience working with Integrations and partnering with cross functional and Partnerships teams
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and backend systems (e.g. Python, Node, Go)

Preferred

Exposure to syncing infrastructures, durable job execution frameworks and search systems/MCP's
