Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment for customers and guests
Greet clients with enthusiasm while assisting them with banking activities, from consumer and business loan applications to mortgage loans
Coordinate closings with title companies and borrowers to ensure smooth transactions
Compile and deliver comprehensive loan packages and review daily accounts for insufficient funds
Assist Loan Officers with loan servicing and collections
Manage customer files for maturing loans
Clear collateral and credit exceptions promptly
Stay updated on lending regulations through training sessions

Required

High School Diploma required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to multi-task while paying attention to detail

Can effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Professional appearance required

Preferred

Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience in lending or credit department in a commercial bank setting a plus
Ability to acquire and maintain notary license
