Responsibilities

Oversee and direct real estate development projects from beginning to end
Review and approve project designs and plans
Coordinate and manage contractors and other professionals
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and mitigate risks involved with project development
Monitor and guide projects' operational and financial performance
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers
Liaise with property management to ensure successful handover and operation
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community representatives, and clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field

Proven track record in managing large-scale development projects
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in project management software and tools
