Responsibilities

Provide excellent Customer Service with accurate and consistent parts lookup and product information via phone calls, live messaging and email platforms
Utilize internal and external resources for O’Reilly Store and Ozark Jobber Accounts to source parts from
Read, comprehend and relay specifications, interchanges, application and technical product information back to O’Reilly Stores, Ozark Jobbers and Online Customers
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by department manager or supervisor as needed

Qualification

Automotive knowledgeCustomer service experienceASE CertificationComputer navigation skillsMultitasking abilityBilingual (English/Spanish)Communication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2 years of O'Reilly store or similar automotive retail experience
Comprehensive understanding of automotive principals, systems and repair procedures
Customer service experience and communication skills in phone and/or messaging platforms
Strong computer navigation and internet skills with the ability to multitask when given additional job duties

Preferred

ASE Certification
Previous customer service call center experience
Experience in the heavy duty, agriculture, or marine fields
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
