Harvard Maintenance is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their Legal team and support the General Counsel. This role will involve managing commercial contracts and building efficient contract processes to support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts

Serve as first-level legal review for contracts prior to escalation to Legal Counsel

Develop and maintain contract workflows to ensure efficient, transparent review across departments

Interpret and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards, insurance requirements, and company guidelines

Monitor contract performance and fulfillment of obligations

Create and maintain standard contract templates and clause libraries (including fallback and alternative language)

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and Risk Management

Maintain contract database, compliance materials, and corporate registrations

Support broader legal and compliance initiatives as needed

Develop and deliver training related to contract review, negotiation, and enforcement
