Responsibilities
Lead and optimize FINOVANCE’s operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment
Design and implement operational frameworks that improve performance, reliability, and cross-functional coordination
Integrate business analytics, automation, and data intelligence into daily operations
Oversee operational execution across technology, finance, compliance, and client-facing teams
Build and lead enterprise-level analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making
Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, dashboards, and KPIs
Deliver data-driven insights that improve forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics and financial modeling
Lead operational transformation initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and digital maturity
Support organizational scalability through process redesign and technology enablement
Anticipate regulatory, market, and technological changes affecting fintech operations
Ensure operational readiness for new products, clients, and market expansion
Establish and maintain strong governance and internal control frameworks
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence and data security
Monitor operational risk and implement mitigation and business continuity plans
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance across operations
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing operations and analytics teams
Foster collaboration between operations, technology, finance, and executive leadership
Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and performance management systems
Champion FINOVANCE’s values of innovation, integrity, and operational excellence
Oversee operational budgeting, cost management, and efficiency initiatives
Establish performance metrics linking operational execution to financial outcomes
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, and execution speed
Deliver measurable improvements in operational effectiveness and profitability
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in operations management, business analytics, or strategic leadership within fintech or financial services
Proven success in driving operational optimization and analytics-led decision-making
Strong understanding of financial systems, digital finance, and data-driven operations
Expertise in operational strategy, performance management, and analytics frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
