Responsibilities
Manage and execute the daily movement of product through the production facility
Perform production and inspection activities in accordance with project requirements and specifications
Build wiring harnesses to required standards, drawings, and work instructions
Complete project-related operations in ION according to established instructions and procedures
Ensure all work complies with customer requirements and quality expectations
Follow all responsibilities outlined in the QMS Quality Manual, including applicable procedures and work instructions
Collaborate with management and other departments to support production flow and quality objectives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience building wiring harnesses
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work orders, and project documentation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a production setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Familiarity with production and inspection processes within a manufacturing environment is preferred
