Responsibilities
Maintain and/or update ERP system information and pro-actively find solutions to improve the operation’s efficiency
Design, manage and implement new distribution models including onboarding new distributors
Manage existing logistics setup, continuously reducing cost, while increasing customer satisfaction
Manage China based Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, depending on new hire level
Set up custom logistics solutions matching customer requirements
Coordinate Customer Sales Order and Supplier Purchase Order flows and subsequent invoicing
Support local organization with consumable orders and World-Wide express deliveries and responsibility for express carrier cost control
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations; Master will be a plus
3 to 5-years of experience in Operations, preferably electronics manufacturing
ERP system experience, preferably Microsoft Business Central
Self-directed, able to work independently, to contribute in a team as well leading a (small) team
Understanding of Asia business culture, fluent Mandarin will be a strong plus
Strong written and oral communication skills in the main languages used within The Antenna Company: English (required)
Preferred
Master will be a plus
Fluent Mandarin will be a strong plus
Strong written and oral communication skills in Mandarin (highly desired)
