Responsibilities

As Deskside Support, you're not just a problem solver – you're a technology hero

Qualification

IT support experienceCustomer facing experienceBachelor’s degreeCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of experience providing IT support
Experience working in a customer facing environment
Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and reside within the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
