Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on support and maintain client systems for a diverse range of end users, including executive support
Test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a multitude of device types, both on-site and through remote support
Collaborate with other internal teams and alliance partners, such as Microsoft
Recognize opportunities for modernization and automation within your realm
Present innovative ideas that enhance the end-user experience and drive cost savings
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting XLA and SLA targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience providing IT support
Experience working in a customer facing environment
Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and reside within the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
