Responsibilities
Assist servers in delivering food, clearing plates, and maintaining clean and organized tables
Refill water, bread, and other table-side needs during service
Support with table resetting, silverware polishing, and maintaining side stations
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow sanitation standards
Anticipate guest needs and assist with any special requests or accommodations
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, carry, and transport food service items (up to 40 lbs)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required
