Assistant Program Director
The Blake House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Director to support the daily operations of their 10-month, Christ-centered Recovery Residence Program. This role involves managing resident intakes, coordinating medical appointments, and ensuring effective communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities
Conduct and manage resident intakes, assessments, and orientations
Coordinate medical appointments and transportation
Serve as a primary contact for families, legal representatives, and community partners
Support staff and Servant Leadership Team (SLT) in daily operations
Track resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
Provide mentorship, guidance, and accountability aligned with program values
Assist the Program Director with operational gaps and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with The Blake House mission
Minimum CAC I certification required; CAC II preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
Preferred
CAC II certification preferred
Experience in residential recovery, ministry, or program management preferred
