Torpago is a fast-growing fintech company redefining credit card and expense management for banks. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep experience selling to banks, responsible for managing complex sales cycles and closing partnerships with U.S. financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle with banks and credit unions, from first conversation to signed LOI/MSA
Sell to senior bank stakeholders (Payments, Treasury, Commercial Banking, Product, Risk, Ops, IT)
Run compelling product demos and tailored presentations for bank audiences
Lead complex deal processes, including pricing, legal, compliance, risk, and vendor management
Help banks evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for commercial card programs
Work closely with Torpago leadership, product, engineering, and operations teams to advance deals
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Represent Torpago at industry events, conferences, and in-person bank meetings

Required

7+ years of experience selling directly to banks or credit unions
Proven track record closing complex enterprise or partnership deals in fintech, payments, cards, or core banking technology
Deep understanding of how banks evaluate vendors (risk, compliance, procurement, IT, legal)
Comfortable selling to conservative, regulated institutions with long decision cycles
Strong executive presence with the ability to run senior-level conversations
Hands-on closer who can manage ambiguity and drive deals forward independently

Preferred

Experience selling card programs, issuer processing, payments infrastructure, treasury, or adjacent fintech solutions is a strong plus
Background working at or selling for a card network, issuer processor, fintech program manager, or bank technology provider
Existing relationships with bank decision-makers
Experience working with BIN sponsors, ODFIs, or commercial card programs
