Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Calculate management fees using Excel with data pulled from Yardi
Assist with accounts payable and month-end close activities
Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi (required)
Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Highly motivated, proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision
