Responsibilities

Responsible for the Facilities, Planning Administration, EH&S, and Emergency Management administrative support to include dispatching of trouble calls in our work order system, coordination of conference room reservations, process of purchase orders, generation of work orders for EOC and Fire Marshal rounds, data management support and inventory management support
Responds to customer service issues and prepares a variety of reports as needed

Required

Strong knowledge of MS Office products to include Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Ability to complete work assignments under time limitations and multiple deadlines in an environments with frequent interruptions
Ability to respond with flexibility, organization, and efficiency to occasional changes in task focus and meet deadlines in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations

Preferred

Knowledge of University and Medical Center Policies
Call Center/Dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment
3 to 5 years' experience in a related field
