Responsibilities

Show up at clinics and introduce themselves as an IT Technician
Check if anyone is experiencing any IT issues that they can help troubleshoot right there on the spot
Create a helpdesk ticket for the issue so they don't have to go through the formal process of creating a ticket
Do rounding at each of the offsite clinic locations to constantly check in on what is needed from an IT standpoint
