Responsibilities
Coordinate all administrative tasks associated with the CBH Care Wellness and Support Center
Establishes staffing patterns, provides supervision for all staff and treatment team
Provides crisis intervention. Completes clinical screenings, risk assessments, intakes, diagnoses and treatment plans
Provides short term therapy
Responsible for monitoring staff performance in all activities and providing supervision
Serves as a liaison to community officials and groups interested in the program
Provides psychosocial education for consumers and family members on mental illness, crisis intervention, conflict mediation, symptom management, medication compliance and life skills
Qualification
Required
MSW with valid NJ LCSW or MA with valid LPC
One year of supervisory experience
Valid Driver's License
