Responsibilities

Conduct and adjudicate recipient and non-recipient appeals in a variety of subject matters

Review the work of Human Services Hearing Officers for conformity to established laws, policies and procedures

Conduct pre-hearing conferences and issue subpoenas, Orders and Rules to Show Cause, and rule on motions

Conduct quarterly meetings and track the status of case assignments

Qualification

Required

Two years of professional legal work which includes one year of trial work experience; and a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school

You must be in possession of a certification of current license and active admission in good standing to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

You must be able to perform essential job functions
