Information Technology
Responsibilities
Oversee on-site management of shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with established procedures
Conduct performance benchmarking, analysis, and reporting on facility operations and maintenance
Collaborate with IT managers and business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize safety and reliability
Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems, including:
Switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment
Chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems
Assist with design/build-out of new facilities and efficiency improvement projects
Manage assets and inventory
Support recruiting efforts and ensure customer demands are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Military/Trade School Degree with relevant experience
0–2 years of relevant work experience and management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
0–2 years of Data Center Engineering or Management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of network design, layout, and low-voltage copper/fiber cabling
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in electrical and mechanical systems
