Responsibilities
Repair and upkeep of vehicles, machinery, buildings, and equipment
Perform routine mechanical maintenance on park vehicles, such as changing filters, belts, and oil
Conduct brake repairs and tune-ups
Install and repair electrical outlets, lights, and services for cabins
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and water lines
Repair doors and windows, replace logs and flooring, and conduct roof repairs
Fabricate and repair bridge structures using welding techniques and operate construction equipment
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
You must be able to perform essential job functions
