Must come from a larger provider space
Wil need to be willing to go onsite in Greenville, NC 2-3 days a week to start out until acclimated
Led projects in technologies such as ACI, Cisco ISE, Wireless, SD-WAN, a NOC, and Telecom
Communication: ability to make technology driven decisions in projects and communicate with executives and board members in laymen's terms
Develops and executes network strategies that support the organization's mission and objectives
Oversees the allocation and management of resources to ensure optimal network performance
Ensures the network's reliability and security through proactive measures and continuous monitoring
Works closely with other departments to integrate network infrastructure with organizational goals
Leads project planning and execution, including design, vendor evaluation and management, and implementation across multiple systems
Provides technical guidance and supervision in the development, implementation, and support of network systems and security
Manages a team of 10 on the networking and an additional 14 on the telecommunications
Works cross functionally with the cyber security teams as well as the client technologies teams that support cloud technologies
Top prioritizes for this Director will include ACI, Call Center Management NAC, SD-WAN, MDM, a NOC, and network/telecom hardware refreshes

Must be in a Director of Networking role currently
Led projects in technologies such as ACI, Cisco ISE, Wireless, SD-WAN, a NOC, and Telecom
Communication: ability to make technology driven decisions in projects and communicate with executives and board members in laymen's terms
Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
In depth knowledge of network equipment, protocols, tools, and related infrastructure and security
Strong project management capabilities to oversee complex network projects
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Ability to make informed recommendations in areas requiring advanced technical knowledge
Technical knowledge to help lead projects as well as communicate effectively between other teams, and present to C-level and board members
