They are seeking a Director of Brand, Social Media & Partnerships to lead their digital presence with a focus on social media strategy and creative direction, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across various platforms and touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Lead Windmill’s digital presence with a social-first mindset, from strategy and creative direction through execution and iteration across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Set the creative strategy for social and brand storytelling, including messaging frameworks, content pillars, and campaign narratives
Build and own the social content calendar with a clear point of view on what earns attention, drives engagement, and converts
Own and scale our creator, influencer, and affiliate programs, including sourcing, negotiation, whitelisting, reporting, and optimization
Build long-term creator and brand partnerships that feel authentic, on-brand, and measurable
Develop integrated campaigns that start on social and extend across creators, partnerships, retail initiatives, and key digital touchpoints, including our website
Partner closely with Growth to turn strong creative into scalable acquisition, brand lift, and long-term value
Collaborate with Retail and other cross-functional teams to support launches, in-store moments, and go-to-market initiatives with cohesive brand storytelling
Own the Windmill brand and ensure it shows up consistently across social, our site, campaigns, partnerships, and retail touchpoints
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in brand, social, creator, or digital marketing at a consumer or DTC brand
Think social-first but understand how creative strategy, storytelling, and performance work together
Strong creative instincts and a performance mindset
Care about storytelling and results
Comfortable using data to guide decisions and measure impact
Enjoy working cross-functionally and partnering with teams like Growth, Retail, Product, and Creative
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, and creator or affiliate platforms such as Aspire, Grin, ShopMy, or LTK
