Microsoft Power Platform Consultant
ASCENDING Inc. is seeking a skilled Power Platform Consultant for a long-term project within their Information Technology division. The successful candidate will develop, optimize, and support Microsoft Power Automate flows and scripts, focusing on automation within SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities
Provide post-implementation support for Power Automate scripts
Develop new Power Automate scripts as needed
Optimize and improve efficiency of existing Power Automate scripts
Enhance documentation and process flows related to Power Automate scripting
Assist in converting existing workflows into Power Automate within SharePoint Online
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile or Scrum environments
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (both Desktop and Cloud flows), including building, deploying, and managing workflows
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online integration, including migrating or transforming legacy workflows to the Power Platform
Proficiency in automation scripting, testing, and troubleshooting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong process documentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to create and maintain detailed flow/process documentation for end-users and team members
Ability to optimize and refactor existing flows for enhanced efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Working knowledge of related Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, as they relate to Power Automate integrations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users
