Responsibilities
Recruit RNs, LPNs, and CNAs like a pro
Source beyond “apply and pray” (yes, outbound matters here)
Talk to nurses like a human (because AI can’t replace our level of care)
Keep Greenhouse ATS updated and Indeed flooded so leadership doesn’t ugly cry
Match nurses to cases like a staffing matchmaker wizard
Hit goals, celebrate wins, repeat–all with a super flex schedule and an incredibly supportive team that feels like family
Qualification
Required
Remote- NORTH CAROLINA based
Focus in nurse recruitment
Ability to recruit RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Experience in sourcing beyond 'apply and pray'
Ability to communicate with nurses effectively
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Ability to match nurses to cases
Ability to hit goals and celebrate wins
Experience in recruiting nurses in staffing or home care
Ability to source, follow up, and close effectively
Respect for documentation and use of ATS
Ability to manage time independently
Ability to work without micromanagement
