Responsibilities
Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person
Assist customers with general insurance-related questions and requests
Manage and update customer information in internal databases
Use Microsoft Outlook for emails, scheduling, and communication
Check policy status, documents, and updates across different insurance company websites
Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending requests
Support the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with computers and office systems
Experience with customer service databases or CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
Ability to navigate and manage information across multiple online platforms
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Preferred
Basic knowledge of insurance is preferred but not required
Previous experience in an insurance office or customer service role
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
