Responding to customer inquiries, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and resolving issues
Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service
Managing client accounts, assisting with policy questions, and providing accurate information
Qualification
Required
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
Ability to ensure a high-quality Customer Experience and maintain strong client relationships
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Possession of a valid PA Property/Casualty Insurance license
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Proficiency in using customer management software and technology (Vertafore QQ Catalyst a plus)
