Information Technology
Responsibilities
Resolve issues with computer hardware and software
Provide end user training and education
Build and rebuild computers
Assist with overall operation of end user facing technology between two locations
Create and manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions
Work closely with other IT department personnel and technology owners to assist with tasks that require specific knowledge or expertise
Balance creative and technical problem solving, customer service, teamwork and collaboration to ensure that personnel throughout the organization can access and utilize resources they need to perform their jobs
Work with hardware, imaging, wiping, etc
Qualification
Required
1+ years of desktop/IT support experience
Must have experience with hardware break fix, imaging, wiping, etc
Must have Active Directory experience
Must be able to work between two customer locations in the greater Cleveland area
Preferred
Experience with Azure, Intune, Microsoft applications a PLUS
