Leads the care team, conducts examinations, develops treatment plans, and manages acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices
Performs in-person, telehealth, and phone consultations, documenting all care accurately and complying with legal standards
Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains records, participates in quality improvement, and oversees clinic policies and procedures
Supports staff development, fosters effective communication, and collaborates with outside agencies to enhance patient care
Handles administrative duties such as scheduling, referrals, medication management, and community outreach efforts
Maintains licensure, participates in professional development, and adheres to clinic standards and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive primary and urgent care experience
Ability to lead a care team
