Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and launch of high-quality, scalable applications that empower advertisers

Create AI-powered experiences that help advertisers grow their business on Google Ads and accelerate the evolution of the platform

Play a pivotal role in shaping the team's strategic direction and technical roadmap. You will be responsible for identifying and leading new opportunities to innovate and solve challenges for advertisers

Guide and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, mentoring team members in their professional development, and empowering them to achieve their best work

Required

Experience with advertising products and quality work within ads

Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications
