Responsibilities
Provide program reporting to executive leadership and program stakeholders. Includes status and financial reporting
Actively work to facilitate completion of various projects underway
Skilled at identifying, avoiding and mitigating risks
Provide management to assigned teams to implement complex software projects requiring collaboration across multiple geographies and various areas within our company and client teams
Serves as leader for cross-functional teams comprised of business and technical team members, driving decision-making and ensuring achievement of defined deliverables
Works in conjunction with the sales team to generate new proposals, change requests and addendums
Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, processes and tools to ensure effective project management and successful deliveries
Manages projects with complex business, operational and technical challenges
Contributes to program-related decision making and drives assigned projects accordingly
Able to manage client escalations and work with appropriate teams to resolve concerns
Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects
Defines, implements and consults on Project Management standards, quality metrics and process improvements for relevant teams and projects
Drives ongoing process improvement initiatives by eliminating wasteful activities resulting in more efficient processes that save costs and boost client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience
Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
Familiarity with project management and software delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Travel up to 25%, including periodic international travel
Preferred
PMP or PGMP Certification desired
Certified SCRUM Master or equivalent Lean / Agile experience desired
