Responsibilities

Fundamentals of assortment planning, buying, and forecasting skus for future assortments for the Retail and Ecom channels & Learning the Open to Buy process

Competitive market analysis, & managing product lifecycle from floorset introduction to end-of-life management in clearance

Assist in compiling data and images as needed to develop seasonal strategies, and hindsight business reviews

Microsoft Office and Excel formulas and functionality

Communicating and presenting to cross functional teams

Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Embodies and demonstrates company ethics and values

Abides by all federal, state and local laws

Required

Must currently be pursuing undergraduate degree in Business or related field at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2026 or later

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail

Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills

Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning
