Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to track progress and update forecasts
Identify critical path activities, risks, and delays; recommend corrective actions
Provide schedule reports and performance metrics, including safety, risk, cost, and projected project completion
Ensure data integrity while managing large project datasets
Support planning, sequencing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency

Qualification

Primavera P6MS ProjectData analysisPower BIScheduling experience

Required

1+ years of scheduling experience
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6)
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools; Power BI experience a plus
Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule based in Birmingham, AL
